Jim Inzero

Jim Inzero uses the encaustic process in his technique where he first explored this medium from his travels to San Miquel De Allende, Mexico

Inzero, who was born and raised in Connecticut, had always been creating. Working at the only art gallery in his hometown while in High School, Inzero sold internationally known art, planned openings, and dabbled in custom framing — this got Inzero’s appetite wet for pursuing the arts as a career in one form or another but never realized one day he would become a full-time artist.

Graduating from the Maryland Institute, College of Art he pursued a more stable career in Architecture after 15 years realized painting was his passion.

Drawing from his love of nature and illustration, he creates paintings that are inspired by the beauty in all that surrounds us. He paints images that are both abstract and representational. Layers of his life experiences are present in the use of subtle colors and textures in his paintings, beaconing the viewer to take a closer look.

Jim hopes the viewer can lose themselves as they view his work.
